A 6 Years Boy presented
with History of Foul smelling urine &
failure to gain weight.
On U/S Exam. Both kidneys
showed sever hydronephrosis. Both
ureters were dilated. U.Bladder was
distended & two cystic space were seen
at the posterior wall of U.Bladder.
Colour flow imaging showed flow in these
cystic spaces with slight pressure of
probe & vice versa with release of
pressure.
